About The Festival
The Malaysia International Carnatic Music Festival (MyICMF) is a celebration of tradition, excellence, and cultural unity. Since its inception in 2019, MyICMF has brought together artistes, students, and lovers of Carnatic music from across the globe on a shared platform.
The event comprises of 3 pillars: Concerts, Conferences and Competitions and focus on 3 outcomes which are Entertainment, Education and Excellence to provide its beneficiaries a privilege to experience the treasures of a profound heritage.
MyICMF 2024 began in June with the International Competitions segment, followed by ShivShakti Concert in July and will culminate from 12 to 14 December with workshops and concerts.
MYICMF believes that art plays a crucial role in fostering healthy minds, and thus, through its purposeful endeavors, it actively contributes to cultivating a peaceful and thriving society.

Introduction to Arts & Cultural Heritage for School Teachers
Aims to expose schoolteachers to the critical role of arts and cultural heritage in promoting personal growth and unity within a multicultural society.
